Vincent Catala is a French chef who has over 20 years’ experience in star Michelin restaurants and the world. He has a double skill in both cuisine and in pastry this means he creates recipes that will surprise and amaze your taste buds.
He particularly likes to use edible flowers and herbs to season these dishes and give them a unique design.
Vincent was an Art Culinary Instructor for more than 5 years in the International Gastronomic Culinary School.
