EverCook designed a avertising dinner party for 8 influencers around the pumpkin in 10 courses for Halloween.

We cooked :

  • a carpaccio butternut and sea scallops
  • a pumpkin sponge cake wild salmon confit
  • a goat-cheese ravioli pine tree infusion
  • a slow cooking chicken breast pumpkin explosion
  • a macadamia foam burns squash oil
  • a rosemary and black olives flat gressini riccotta
  • a dark chocolate pumpkin foam,
  • a pumpkin crème brulée with maple syrup
  • french pumpkin migniardises.
