EverCook designed a avertising dinner party for 8 influencers around the pumpkin in 10 courses for Halloween.
We cooked :
- a carpaccio butternut and sea scallops
- a pumpkin sponge cake wild salmon confit
- a goat-cheese ravioli pine tree infusion
- a slow cooking chicken breast pumpkin explosion
- a macadamia foam burns squash oil
- a rosemary and black olives flat gressini riccotta
- a dark chocolate pumpkin foam,
- a pumpkin crème brulée with maple syrup
- french pumpkin migniardises.
